about

Part circus sideshow. Part digital art gallery. Part maker space.

The Digital Sideshow will be a traveling participatory event with a mission of exposing diverse and overlooked communities to the accessibility of the digital arts.

An entire day of free digital and interactive exhibits will be brought to communities often overlooked due to location and economics.

A second day of workshops will provide introductions to digital tools available free online. Creative learning will continue through tutorials and learning paths provided on this website as well as through The Ohio Valley Museum of Discovery, a supporting partner of The Digital Sideshow, where much of the technology and exhibits from the traveling show will live after its run.

Currently, the artists are hard at work building  the exhibits and putting the show together for its pilot run in Spring of 2020.
